Top Priorities for HR in 2023

In order to attract and retain talent, organizations will need to demonstrate how they incorporate wellbeing and mental health into the corporate culture, and what they are doing to tackle challenges related to ESG.

“Create a corporate culture - high on wellbeing, low on stress, track and demonstrate how your company are making social impact ”  -  Fie Højland, MABL Founder.

Create social impact

The Danish society spend 27 billions DKK annually on sick days caused by work-related stress according to Stressforeningen, 2018.

We at MABL created a model (MABL Stress Costs Model) to break this down, and to help companies understand and calculate their social impact when taking the private-, corporate -and societal- costs related to stress into the financial model.

Speed up digitalization
The future is flexible and employees want to work hybrid, autonomous and online. Solutions will be to digitalize HR, create customized, intelligent, and online employee experiences using real time data.

Rethink wellbeing
Think beyond health and safety. Adapt a proactive and strategic approach to wellbeing including personal and professional growth, diversity and inclusion, health and meaningfulness.

Corporate wellbeing is a complex concept, why we at MABL provide different services in relation to: mental-, physical-, social-, and financial wellbeing.

Make ESG visible
Be honest with where you are today, define goals, track and communicate progress, in the company newsletters, on your website and on social media to engage and attract future talent.

Remember! Talents of the future are intelligent, digital natives, and they speak actions louder than words, they will recognize ESG washing when they see it.
