Online toolkit for expecting and new families

An increasing demand for workplace strategies to reduce stress and support expecting- and new families in relation to mental health is on a rise. A new study found that women dealing with work stress during pregnancy are more likely to experience subsequent depression and anxiety (MoBa Study, 2022). An indication for why sick leave among pregnant women and employee churn rates are spiking in many organisations.

Online birth preparation, acupressure points, birthing theory and postnatal training with our Midwife Lisa Heidelbach - to help expecting families deal with stress, and prepare for their new life to come.
