Mind And Body Lab offers a palette of yoga and meditation classes for you and for companies. With diverse backgrounds we bring to you experience from Human Science, Business and Innovation combined with mindfulness and yoga disciplines such as Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha and Kundalini. Customisation means everything to us because we know that one size doesn't fit all.
Lila is certified Kundalini teacher from Kundalini Research Institute and teaches mindfulness, yoga and meditation in Denmark and internationally.
For the past 20 years Lila has dedicated her work to people suffering from stress and helped them regain energy, balance and happiness.
Lila teaches Kundalini Yoga and Stress Relief Yoga at Mind And Body Lab.
“The kundalini yoga I teach is dynamic, meditative and integrates your breath, your body, meditation and mantras in one flow throughout the class.”
Additional experience: Sound meditation and aromatherapy from Tibetantones, 3-year Reiki Master Teacher and career advisor.
Fie founded Mind And Body Lab – with the purpose of creating space for presence and innovation.
“We want to create a space for people to slow down and feel the present moment. Everything is going so fast. Time is money and it’s like pace has become an end goal in itself.”
As a consultant, Fie started teaching corporate meditation with the feedback: “I regained focus”, “I feel more present” and “I came up with better solutions” when incorporating certain meditation techniques into strategy- and innovation workshops. Fie is certified Vinyasa teacher from LagoCph and she teaches Vinyasa, prenatal and postnatal classes and runs corporate meditation workshops.
Additional experience: Management and Innovation consultant, postnatal fitness instructor and magazine founder.
Lisa holds 15 years of experience as a Midwife (Jordemoder) from Denmark, New Zealand, South Africa and Norway. She covers all phases from early pregnancy, to birth, and to postnatal care and breastfeeding. Lisa is in charge of Mind And Body Lab’s Birth Preparation Workshops (Fødselsforberedelse).
Further Lisa is a certified Hatha yoga teacher from India and she brings her professional expertise in play too when teaching Pregnancy- and Mommy & Baby Yoga at Mind And Body Lab.

Additional experience: Midwife mainly connected to Hillerød Hospital, and together with her husband, Lisa has founded and manages various socially responsible business projects in Africa under Social Foodies.
Merete is certified Hatha Yoga teacher from Senses Denmark. In her teaching, she aims to get your mind away from a hectic day, feel present and enjoy what your body and mind can offer in that moment.
"Yoga and teaching serves an important part of my life and creates balance to my sometimes busy life working in the business world."
Merete is Finnish Swedish and teaches Dynamic Hatha in English at Mind and Body Lab. Her classes combine traditional Hatha yoga with hints of flow elements.
Additional experience: Master in Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School. Apart from teaching at Mind and Body Lab Merete works in the financial services industry.
Louise is certified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher from Ashiyana Yoga School in India. She began her yoga journey when she was dealing with anxiety and stress, and yoga became her medicine.
"For me yoga is a free space where I can relax my mind and reconnect with my body. This is where I recharge my batteries, get centered and show myself love. Therefore, I love to share and teach this practice with others."
Louise's purpose is to guide you from your head and into your body by focusing on the sensations and shifts between the gentle and the more challenging movements.
She teaches Dynamic Hatha, Gentle Hatha and Vinyasa classes.
Additional experience: When Louise is not teaching yoga, she studies Sexology and Body Therapy.
Marco is a certified Hatha and Ashtanga teacher from the Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Training Center in India. In his classes, Marco blends breathwork, meditative focus and vigorous vinyasa sequences to make you feel more grounded, centered, challenged, and reinvigorated.
“Yoga has grown into an incredibly important part of my life, as it constantly inspires me to live each moment more mindfully and with an open heart. And I feel so humbled to be able to share this powerful practice with many beautiful souls.”
Marco teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa classes in English at Mind And Body Lab.
Additional experience: Master in Creative Business Processes at Copenhagen Business School. Currently working with Beta Boulders Copenhagen.
Anneli is certified Yinmind instructor trained through Yoga på Vesterbro. She teaches yin yoga and mindfulness meditation, giving classes in both Danish and her native English. In addition to regular classes she also works with mindfulness meditation to support people recovering from depression og stress through her own company GodFremtid.
"I help build mindfulness skills using yin yoga positions to relax the body, improve breathing, and find a more mindful state of being."
Anneli teaches restorative Yin Yoga classes and runs workshops for companies at Mind And Body Lab.
Additional experience: Innovation consultant at Sputnik5 and technology entrepreneur using virtual reality to support mental health.
Ditte is a certified teacher from Prana Yoga Shala and she teaches Vinyasa Flow at Mind And Body Lab.
Ditte’s class is always inspired by the weather, a feeling, the time a day or year - and she loves teaching Dynamic Vinyasa classes with a touch of soft Yin.
“To me yoga is about listening to my body, feel the present moment and find calmness in a hectic everyday life. I always ask my students to let my words guide them and not control their movements. It is my experience, that the way we move around on the yoga mat is not very different from the way we move through life. I want my students to feel free and why I invite them to listen to their inner voice.”
Additional experience: When Ditte is not teaching yoga she works as a lawyer.
Lærke is a certified Strala teacher taught by the founders of Strala yoga, Mike Taylor and Tara Styles.
In her classes she aims to create a space of exploration in your body and finding what works for you and what feels good in your body. Lærke uses all kinds of music in her classes as she aims to make Strala a practice of everyday use instead of just on the mat.
“To me Strala is a way of living your best life. It’s about moving in a way that feels good and finding the easiest way. Not just on the mat, but with everything in life.”
Additional experience: Apart from teaching yoga and being a part of the Mind And Body Lab team, Lærke is a Social Media expert and studying HA(it) at CBS.
Camilla is a certified yoga teacher and teaches Power Hatha at Mind And Body Lab.
High intensity is the key element in Camilla’s classes and you will probably sweat a bit during her class.
“I love movement. One third of my awake hours are spent on movement in various genres. I got into yoga, when I found out it helped me manage my sorrows. It was a way to loosen tension and feelings locked in my body. I started doing yoga many times every week - and the dynamic yoga became my lifestyle.”

Line G. (Maternity Leave)
Line is a certified yoga teacher from Yoga Medicine, an organisation highly recognised for it’s anatomical understanding. Having struggled with severe back pain, separated muscles in the abdomen after two pregnancies and five years of exercising the wrong way, Line found that yoga helped her body regain it’s balance. Line’s focus is to create flow.
In a combination of breath and movement Line wants you to experience the stillness, softness, strength and circulation.
“Yoga is the place, where I find stillness from all the myriads of thoughts and tasks in my everyday life - and I am passionate about passing this on.”
Additional experience: Line works as a consultant within the area of public health for The City of Copenhagen.
Sidsel (Maternity Leave)
Sidsel is certified Vinyasa yoga teacher from Melbourne, Australia, with more than 700 hours of teacher training. Further she holds 200 hours of studies within scientific and research based Yoga-related anatomy and physiology, Sidsel brings a comprehensive understanding of the physical body to her classes, ensuring each class accommodates each students' physical capabilities while still creating a mindful and meditative experience. Incorporating essential oils in her classes facilitate a deeper connection to this experience.
"Home is where the heart is and for me, yoga is indeed a homecoming. I believe the heart is the meeting point of body and mind.”
