Pregnancy Yoga at Mind And Body Lab
Pregnancy puts a lot of pressure on your body: Hormones, ligaments, feelings and thoughts about the life you are making. We create space for you. A space where you can feel present, where you can relax and prepare your mind and body for giving birth.

About the Class
Soft and carefully selected yoga poses. Your breath is an important focus and we will provide you with tools and techniques to calm your mind and body during your pregnancy and to use when the baby comes.

We will guide you through a series of yoga poses to relax and align your body, strengthen your pelvic floor and release tensions in your lower back. We also use meditative guidance and music to help you mentally relax and prepare.

At our pregnancy classes we always set aside time for questions over a cup of tea after the class for those who would like that. It is our experience that engaging with other pregnant women, going through the same experience as you is very valuable.

You don’t need to be an experienced yogi practitioner to join our prenatal yoga class. We will however always recommend you to listen to your body and never push it too hard.

You can join Mind And Body Lab’s Pregnancy yoga class on an ongoing basis, from the time you know you are pregnant and until your due date.

Your membership is personal and will activate the day you buy it.

This memberships allows you to book regular yoga classes too.
